Christopher Hastings Shoko

Christopher Hastings Shoko is a children’s rights advocate and an electrical engineer in training. He is the founder and director of The Street Kitchen ZW, a non-profit organization that aims to eradicate hunger and feed the less fortunate children in Harare, Zimbabwe . He is also a leader at Ignite Youth Organisation, a non-profit organization that provides career guidance, vocational and mental health services to young people aged 13-29 years from low income communities in Zimbabwe. Chris is passionate about the welfare and upkeep of children, especially those from underprivileged families, and believes that every child deserves a chance to live a dignified and fulfilling life. He is currently pursuing his degree in electrical engineering at the University of Zimbabwe.
